Returns?

We accept return within 30 days of the delivery date, there are some conditions for eligibility for a return,

  • Make sure the products are unused and unwashed
  • Make sure products are in it original condition.
  • Make sure all original packaging tags and accessories
  • Make sure attachment of proof of purchase or your order number.

Non Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safely reason, the  following items cannot be returned
  • used or washed fleece bed sheets
  • Products with missing tags or original packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery

  • A damaged items
  • A defective product
  • The wrong item
  • An item with missing parts

Please contact within 48hours of receiving your order. include your order number along with clear photos of the  product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds: Once your refund item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the  approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved your refund will be issued to your original payment method. please allow us 5-10 working days for refund to appear in your  account.

Exchanges: We gladly replace items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

Return Shipping:

  • If the return is due to our error. Myfleeciees will cover the return and shipping cost.
  • IF the return is due  to a change of mind or an incorrect order  placed by the  customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before they  are processed or shipped. Once an order shipped it cannot be cancelled. you may request a return after receiving order in accordance with this policy.
