Welcome to MyFleeciees. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed.
  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or washed bedding
  • Products with missing tags or original packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • The wrong item
  • An item with missing parts

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We gladly replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error, MyFleeciees will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or an incorrect order placed by the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving your order in accordance with this policy.
